Use of this site
This website is provided for general information about our remodeling services. You may browse it and contact us through it. You may not copy its content for commercial use, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Estimates and pricing
Every price range shown on this site is a typical market range for Bellevue and the surrounding Eastside, not a quote. Nothing on this website is an offer, a guarantee of price, or a commitment to perform work.
A binding price exists only in a written proposal we issue after a site visit, and only once both parties have signed it. Allowances, exclusions and change order terms are stated in that document.
Project photography and illustrations
Before and after image pairs on this site are real photography. Other imagery is illustrative of the type of work we perform and is not a photograph of a completed client project.
Licensing
We hold a Washington State contractor license and carry general liability insurance and workers compensation. Current certificates and license details are available on request before work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Obligations relating to work we perform are governed by the signed construction contract, not by this page.
